Patrick Schwarzenegger Interested in Action Movie Collaboration with Father ArnoldSCHWARZENEGGER-ARNOLD-FILM

Actor Patrick Schwarzenegger has expressed his eagerness to team up on-screen with his father, Hollywood icon Arnold Schwarzenegger, now that he feels more established in his career.

Patrick, the eldest child of Arnold and journalist-author Maria Shriver, told The Hollywood Reporter that following his performances in series like The StaircaseAmerican Sports Story, and Gen V, he now feels prepared to work alongside his father in a film.

“I definitely want to do an action film,” Patrick said of his professional goals. “That’s definitely something I aspire to in the future. I’d really enjoy doing that—if it was the right project.”

“I’ve spoken to my dad about it and told him I’d love to collaborate on something like that, provided it made sense. I never felt ready before, but now that I have a few roles under my belt and some solid work experience, I finally feel confident enough to work with him,” he added.

Patrick recently achieved a career milestone with his role in Mike White’s hit series The White Lotus, where he played Saxon Ratliff in the show’s third season.

“I think that’s one way I could relate to Saxon—I understand what it’s like to grow up in someone’s shadow. But my dad really enjoyed the show and was proud of my performance.”

“It’s probably strange for him, too. We were at the gym together yesterday, and people came up to him to talk about my show,” Patrick noted.

The third season of The White Lotus, which premiered in February, features a star-studded cast including Jason Isaacs, Parker Posey, Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, Michelle Monaghan, Walton Goggins, Aimee Lou Wood, and Lalisa Manobal, among others.
