Renowned TV presenter Graham Norton is set to appear in the 15th season of the “Doctor Who” series.
The upcoming season, which stars Ncuti Gatwa as the iconic Time Lord, is scheduled to premiere this Saturday and also includes Varada Sethu in the role of nurse Belinda Chandra.
According to the BBC, Norton will feature in an episode centered around the Eurovision Song Contest.
Showrunner Russell T Davies revealed that Norton’s part goes beyond a simple cameo. “It’s not just a brief appearance. He’s at the heart of a major plot twist,” he said.
Titled The Interstellar Song Contest, the episode will broadcast on the BBC on May 17 and will also star Rylan Clark.
